About The Position

The Overnight Warehouse Lead Driver position is an hourly (non-exempt) and non-CDL role that involves working both in the warehouse and driving to perform residential deliveries of various publications during early morning hours. This position requires working overnight, approximately 32 hours per week, with hours and schedule subject to change based on business needs. The role includes unloading newspapers from delivery trucks, assisting in dispatching newspapers to delivery drivers, and driving routes using a personal vehicle to cover open routes and deliver newspapers to residences. Additional duties may be assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

• Must have access to a reliable vehicle
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
• Automobile insurance at limits required by PCF
• Ability to use computer and other office equipment
• Able to unload bundles of newspapers (30 – 50 lbs each) multiple times daily
• Able to operate an automobile
• Able to work in a warehouse type environment
• Able to function at night in adverse conditions

Nice To Haves

• Experience using a pallet jack or other warehouse equipment

Responsibilities
