About The Position
The Lead Dispensary Guide plays a crucial role in the operational success of our retail locations, serving as both a mentor and a resource for new employees. This position is designed for individuals who take pride in their work and are passionate about providing exceptional service in the cannabis industry. As a Lead Guide, you will be responsible for training new staff, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge and customer service skills. You will also act as the Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing daily operations including opening and closing procedures, banking, and security protocols. Your expertise in cannabis products will allow you to provide tailored recommendations to customers and caregivers, helping them achieve their therapy goals through informed discussions about product effects, potency, and methods of consumption. In addition to customer interaction, you will participate in the patient intake process, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. Your role will also involve utilizing point-of-sale systems to process orders and sales efficiently.
