  • Oversee dispatch operations with a focus on efficiency, cost control, and timely service delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of routes, service areas, and client locations to ensure accuracy in dispatching.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues, service requests, or inquiries by relaying information or providing appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with drivers, team members, and leadership.
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve logistical and operational challenges.
  • Utilize tracking and dispatching platforms, such as E-Courier, to manage workflows and monitor driver activity.
  • Ensure consistent attendance, reliability, and adherence to assigned schedules.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer use, including data entry, document management, and organizational tools.
  • Analyze data and situations to develop effective solutions to problems.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of management methods and techniques.
  • Ability to think strategically and take initiative in leadership.
  • Strong client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
