About The Position
Responsible for overseeing a crew of 5 to 10 Taxi Dispatchers. Makes sure all of the MSY/ABM guidelines are adhered to. Communicates with the Operations Manager timely with any issues or incidents that may need to be reported to the General Manager or MSY management. Makes sure all positions are covered and works side by side with the Taxi Dispatchers.
