We are looking for an experienced IT strategy and delivery director to support a very dynamic organization and partner with our business and IT Leaders, where you will have the ability to make a positive impact on our customers using our Pharmacy Benefits. The right person will have a passion for organization, the details, knows how to facilitate unit success and provide direct support to the Executive Director, Adjudication Services Engineering in Caremark. This position is a critical role within the adjudication technology organization that's responsible for driving critical transformation initiatives, fostering innovation through creative solutions. This leader will have a hands-on approach to managing engineering teams and ability to drive out of the box thinking to provide technical solutions for business processes. The Lead Director will manage engineering teams, continuously set standard high to guide development of new/existing products and platforms within the adjudication ecosystem.
