CVS Health Digital is looking for a dynamic and driven Lead Director, Software Development Engineering, to lead an engineering team tasked with creating best in class experiences focused on identifying, prioritizing and shaping complex enterprise initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders. In this role, reporting directly to the Executive Director, Digital Engineering, you will be leading a team of engineers to drive the delivery of our digital products and focusing on digital transformation initiatives. You will assist in creating our next generation platform. This Director will take ownership and utilize exemplary communication skills to support, manage, and mentor engineering professionals with deep and varying technical backgrounds and experience. You should have the ability to lead end-to-end delivery of back-end applications, be comfortable working with both product and architecture teams, understand solutioning at an expert level and be data driven from an ecommerce perspective. A successful candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about raising the engineering bar within the team and be cognizant that the success of the team's work will impact millions of CVS consumers.
