About The Position

The position provides leadership for the Third-Party Security Continuous Monitoring and Oversight team at CVS Health. The role focuses on guiding colleagues in identifying, monitoring, and tracking events that impact the third-party portfolio, overseeing the program for risk resolution, and enhancing the understanding of security risks associated with third parties. The ideal candidate will manage the integration of continuous monitoring workstreams with risk operations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry best practices while driving operational effectiveness through automation and information management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cyber security and information technology focusing on supply chain risk and/or third-party security risk management.
  • 5+ years of Resource Management experience (people and projects).
  • 5+ years of experience working with security-related regulatory matters.
  • 3+ years of experience in security concepts, technologies, and functionalities embedded in infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Third-Party Security Continuous Monitoring and Oversight team.
  • Facilitate the identification, monitoring, and tracking of events impacting the third-party portfolio.
  • Oversee the program for resolution of risks or identified gaps in the third-party portfolio.
  • Collect and govern information regarding third-party connections and solutions.
  • Implement new sources of information to enhance understanding of security risks.
  • Manage integration of continuous monitoring workstreams with risk operations team.
  • Identify and implement reporting processes adhering to corporate policies and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on third-party monitoring matters and facilitate necessary actions to address gaps.
  • Stay informed with regulatory requirements and communicate updates to IT and business colleagues.
