Step into a pivotal leadership role within the Medicare Growth & Distribution PMO, where you will champion, orchestrate, and oversee the full lifecycle of major projects and programs. This includes everything from strategic planning and execution to change management and implementation.

  • Ensure that projects and business operations achieve their intended objectives, aligning outcomes with organizational goals.
  • Foster collaboration by managing relationships across departments and functional areas, promoting a culture of partnership and alignment.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, influencing stakeholders to recognize the strategic value of projects and championing initiatives to successful completion.
  • Drive improvements in policies, processes, systems, and performance to elevate organizational effectiveness and service quality.
  • Identify operational gaps and empower the team to develop robust solutions and implement enhancements.
  • Lead multiple, high-impact projects or programs from inception through to multi-year implementation, ensuring coordination across different processes, systems, functions, and products.
  • Take proactive ownership of program and project delivery-formulating comprehensive plans, establishing timelines, identifying milestones, and securing necessary resources.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements for new or existing products, services, and workflows, leveraging a holistic perspective of the organization.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders and business partners across and within segments to address workflow interdependencies and ensure seamless operations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-segment meetings and presentations, fostering clear communication and shared vision.
  • Demonstrated multi-year leadership experience setting strategic direction and steering impactful change initiatives to measurable positive outcomes.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects and programs of strategic significance or those yielding cost savings.
  • 10+ years of experience in managed care, health insurance, marketing, or related industries.
  • Competency in overseeing large budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Strong project/program management background.
  • Outstanding communication skills, effectively engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Experience within managed care or the health insurance industry.
  • Background in Medicare, sales support, marketing, or similar fields.
