About The Position
The Lead Director, Business Information Security will serve as the Business Information Security Officer (BISO), providing leadership and strategic guidance for a world-class enterprise cybersecurity program. This role involves acting as a trusted security advisor to business units, ensuring cybersecurity practices are integrated into business initiatives, and effectively communicating security risks and strategies to non-technical teams. The BISO will work closely with executive management and various stakeholders to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance within the organization.
