This role is for a Team Lead for a Residential Group Home, offering a dynamic work environment where tasks are diversified and support the company's mission. The Lead Direct Support Professional will provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community, while also delivering direct services to individuals. Key aspects include attending training, participating in community outings, conducting house orientation for new employees, serving as a role model, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, assisting with staffing and recruitment, reviewing individual progress, coordinating and implementing shift objectives, and providing services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management according to Individual Plans (IP) and treatment teams.
