The Lead Direct Support Professional (Residential Coordinator) is responsible to assist the Program Director with the coordination of services to the individuals served, including finance, medical, recreation, program services, family contact/involvement, education, and household management. This position assists the Program Director in maintaining consistency in program implementation, individual care, and communication with staff and interdisciplinary team members, including the day or residential program. The lead direct support professional also carries out the duties of a direct support professional. Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance. Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve. Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more. Requirements

  • 18 years or older
