About The Position
Southeastern Virginia Training Center is hiring Lead Direct Support Professionals to join our team. Are you a compassionate, patient, and dedicated professional with experience supporting individuals with maladaptive behaviors? We are looking for kind, caring, and reliable Lead Direct Support Professionals to provide essential care and behavioral support to individuals with disabilities. If you have experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and a passion for caregiving, we encourage you to apply! This position is considered essential personnel and would be required to work in the event of an emergency or facility need. All SEVTC positions are required to work different shifts and/or overtime as requested.
