Open availability from 11am-8:00pm The Springs at Carman Oaks, a premier senior housing community in Lake Oswego, is seeking a Lead Dining Room Server with warmth, a positive and friendly attitude, strong teamwork, and a love for seniors! Requirements

Love for seniors and willingness to learn
2+ years of previous restaurant service experience
Experience handling reservations
Experience serving multi-course or complex menus
Self-directed
Criminal background check are required at time of job offer

Responsibilities

Greeting residents (and visitors) at the table
Serving residents beverages and meals in a courteous, friendly, helpful and accurate manner
Light bartending required
Delivering room service as necessary
Bussing dining room tables and cleaning chairs
Resetting tables for the next meal
Side work/cleaning as assigned
Coach, train, and inspire a team of servers
Communicate the clear purpose of excellent restaurant service
Implement systems and process to improve the dining room experience for staff and residents
Empathize and understand our residents have specific needs
