Lead Dining Room Server
About The Position
As a key member of our dining team, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service with a smile. Setting up dining room tables to create a welcoming ambiance. Serving meals to residents with professionalism and care. Keeping the dining room and kitchen areas clean and organized. Assisting with preparing snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments. Transporting trash and linens to designated disposal areas. Monitoring refrigeration temperatures to ensure food safety. Supporting special events and catering functions. Delivering meals to remote locations as needed. Following and completing daily task checklists.
Requirements
- Experience in a Senior Living Community dining area, serving memory care patients.
- Has experience supervising a team.
- Has a passion for serving others and takes pride in their work.
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Flexible schedule required
- Restaurant experience preferred
