About The Position

Boston Scientific is looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy digital producer to join our Global Digital Marketing team. The digital producer reports directly to the digital production manager and will work collaboratively with IMC specialists, digital marketing managers, marketing automation managers, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) team, analytics teams, global technology team, and the creative teams to create online experiences for healthcare professionals and patients. This role serves as the primary executor, coordinator, and communicator for a broad scope of website and email projects. The digital producer is positioned to provide oversight and perspective to align on common goals, while increasing knowledge and communication between Global Digital Marketing team members and business stakeholders. A successful digital producer is an effective communicator who can address obstacles, maintain a realistic view of complex digital initiatives, and manage the entire digital production process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to digital production, marketing communications, journalism, or web design.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a digital production role.
  • Extensive experience working with AEM or other complex content management systems for building and maintaining websites.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SEO, and other internet technologies and best practices.
  • Extensive experience using SalesForce Marketing Cloud or other advanced email automation systems. SalesForce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification preferred.
  • Extensive experience with design and development tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, Sublime Text).
  • Excellent understanding of web design methods, best practices, and accessibility requirements.
  • Punctual, reliable, flexible, excellent at balancing multiple detail-oriented projects, and willing to help teammates with projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and publish campaign websites and landing pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), incorporating SEO and web accessibility best practices.
  • Develop responsive and accessible emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Collaborate on the construction of customer journeys in SalesForce Marketing Cloud for marketing campaigns, leveraging data from SalesForce (SalesCloud).
  • Act as a liaison to collaborate and communicate with divisional business partners and corporate teams.
  • Create engaging website experiences in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other content management systems.
  • Build individual emails and automated customer journeys in Marketing Cloud or similar email automation platform.
  • Collaborate and build relationships across teams with professional maturity to find optimal solutions, utilizing excellent communication skills.
  • Oversee multiple projects in an unstructured work environment.
