The Lead Digital & Performance Marketing role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building & scaling consumer brands. Our aim is to grow a portfolio of brands profitably and with self-sustaining business practices. The right candidate for this role has experience in building new brands on D2C, Amazon and retailer.coms via a mix of channels including TV, audio, search, social, retail media and CRM. We are looking for a person who operates with the mindset of an owner and entrepreneur, moves with agility and openness to testing & learning, understands and cares about the consumer and competitive landscape to develop better solutions for the consumer, has high comfort level moving between strategy & implementation, and provides thought leadership and best practices across the business.
