Summary: AT&T is seeking a Lead for the Digital Business Go-to-Market team to drive device, product, and marketing initiatives that enhance the AT&T Business online experience. In this role, you will develop and execute digital strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery of go-to-market programs across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end digital customer journey management for your programs, proactively solving challenges, and prioritizing multiple projects with strong organizational and communication skills. You should be comfortable analyzing performance and market data to quantify success and extend insights to other initiatives. A customer-centric mindset, passion for digital excellence, and data-driven approach are essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly when business needs change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience in digital growth strategy, digital marketing, or related roles with demonstrated success in driving user acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with digital analytics, data-driven decision-making, and customer journey mapping.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused leader who is passionate about digital innovation.
  • Agility and resilience in adapting to evolving business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary digital lead for go-to-market initiatives, developing and executing strategies for device, product, and offer launches across desktop, mobile web, and app platforms.
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring a cohesive experience and driving both engagement and revenue.
  • Unite teams from marketing, product, creative, and internal digital organization to deliver on shared goals.
  • Build strong partnerships, facilitate communication, and champion digital priorities in broader business discussions.
  • Analyze key audience personas and shopping behaviors to map digital touchpoints that deliver the right products and features engagements at the right times.
  • Collaborate on digital messaging, merchandising, and consistency across digital journey.
  • Embrace a test-and-learn approach, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with technology and creative partners to implement innovative digital solutions.
  • Leverage analytics to monitor customer behavior, performance metrics, and campaign results.
  • Work with analytics teams to identify trends, optimize digital strategies, and drive continuous improvement in site performance and digital sales.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop presentations and reports that articulate results and advocate for digital initiatives.
