Summary: AT&T is seeking a Lead for the Digital Business Go-to-Market team to drive device, product, and marketing initiatives that enhance the AT&T Business online experience. In this role, you will develop and execute digital strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery of go-to-market programs across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for end-to-end digital customer journey management for your programs, proactively solving challenges, and prioritizing multiple projects with strong organizational and communication skills. You should be comfortable analyzing performance and market data to quantify success and extend insights to other initiatives. A customer-centric mindset, passion for digital excellence, and data-driven approach are essential, as is the ability to adapt quickly when business needs change.
