Overall Purpose: Help lead the enhancement of consumer digital offer strategies with a primary focus on measurement, analytics, and testing. Work with partner analytics teams to establish and track internal roadmap of new data modeling, performance dashboards, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility into Digital offer performance. Develop and implement a comprehensive testing roadmap to accurately assess incremental impact and inform future strategies. Collaborate cross functionally with teams to deliver insights and improve data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Responsibilities

  • Develop requirements, partner in designing and enhancing offer performance dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Improve reporting sophistication by integrating advanced analytics and visualization for real-time performance tracking.
  • Model and forecast promo performance, including financial impact, incrementality, and efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports across full suite of Wireless & Wireline promotions.
  • Develop a robust testing roadmap to measure true incrementality of offers across various channels, locales, and inform development roadmap for Digital capabilities.
  • Set standards for success criteria of experiments to validate offer effectiveness.
  • Partner with testing teams to refine test design and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with quarterly consumer offer plans by supplying data-driven insights and incrementality learnings.
  • Monitor launched offers against forecasts; inform optimization efforts based on performance and test results.
  • Provide prioritization guidance for offer display and placement based on full-funnel performance metrics.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to align measurement frameworks with business objectives.
  • Communicate offer performance, test results, and new opportunities in clear, digestible formats for executive and execution teams.
