About The Position
Position: Lead Diagnostic Technician Schedule: Monday-Friday 730AM-4PM (40 Hour Work Week) Saturday 730-100PM (Every 4th Saturday) Compensation Expectation: 7+ Years Experience: 100K+ Annually What employees like about the position: We Pay 20% More For Warranty Work We Pay For MPI's We Pay Very Competitive Hourly Rates Amazing Team Culture & Collaboration Quarterly Team/Individual Challenges 26 Stalls, 22 Lifts and only 10 Technicians Air Conditioned Shop/Heated Floors Built-in Custom Tool Boxes, Tool Room, Inventoried/Organized Specialized Tools Performance Requirements: Strong discipline regarding diligent note taking, supporting documentation, and ability to follow a process without supervision Effective communicator verbally and written communication Driven to maintain 90% Proficiency and above Business Requirements: Susquehanna Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has developed a team of wonderful people throughout the dealership. The shop features the following and more: Well Maintained Shop = Built 8 years ago from the ground up Air-Conditioned Shop Heated Floors Built-in toolboxes for all technicians Dedicated Tool Room 26 Stalls & 22 Lifts In ground lifts, commercial above ground lifts Brand new Hunter revolution tire changer & Hunter hammer head road force balancer Built in computers for each technician along with individual MDP Micro Pod’s for diagnostic Overhead reels Welding outlets by all bays
