About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience: Several years of experience in engineering development, typically including prior experience in a senior or lead role.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in relevant languages/frameworks (e.g., Angular, Java) and software development methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to manage teams and client requirements.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership & Architecture: Define system architecture, establish coding standards, and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, scalable output.
  • Development & Innovation: Actively develop complex features, create prototypes, and optimize existing systems.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, guide, and support a team of engineers, assigning tasks and providing mentorship.
  • Project Execution: Manage project plans, timelines, and milestones, acting as a technical escalation point.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (product, hardware, software) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
