About The Position

We’re seeking a passionate and driven B2B Lead Development Representative to join Shutterstock’s Business Solutions Marketing team! The best candidate will be responsible for assisting in driving marketing campaign success by sourcing and qualifying prospects, conducting outbound calls, emails & social touches to uncover potential business sales leads. You’ll be focused on the development of the marketing division’s ability to generate qualified sales opportunities and collaborate on targeted campaigns. The day-to-day Support the integrated B2B marketing team aligned with business objectives and sales goals Understand the Shutterstock Business Solutions Division’s products and customer personas Conduct targeted calls and emails to connect with our prospects to uncover new business and growth opportunities for our B2B sales teams Follow up with all leads generated by the marketing team (organic funnel, paid funnel, events, ABM, nurture campaigns) with a strong focus on conversion percentage Ensure all opportunities sent over to the sales team are qualified and in line with the qualification criteria set by both the marketing and sales team Qualify and develop new contacts within defined prospects and marketing targeted accounts Track activities and maintain relevant information in the Salesforce.com CRM and other systems, as needed, for all marketing campaigns (nurtures, events, ABM campaigns, etc.) Follow up on sales activities in a timely, organized manner and help to ensure sales team is held accountable for their dedicated follow-up In conjunction with the marketing division, initiate, develop, and manage outbound opportunity discovery calls and email campaigns, and any resulting inbound leads Create and develop account profiling while building customer/prospect relationships for assigned accounts Pre, during, and post-event outreach to ensure all prospects are getting a personalized experience Provide a reliable feedback loop to both Business Solutions Marketing and Sales teams Complete onboarding process to learn Shutterstock's processes, products and services surrounding lead generation, customer support, help desk, and implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or College Diploma
  • 1 year inside or outbound sales experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a must
  • Strong team player with a ‘’can-do’’ attitude and passion for excellence
  • Knowledge of the marketing space, such as CPG structure
  • Passionate about digital marketing or visual content trends and landscape
  • Must be highly proficient in business tools (i.e. Google tools, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstration of exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional at building relationships
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills are required
