About The Position

We are looking for motivated, energetic, and driven individuals to join our team as Full-Time Door-to-Door Lead Generation Representatives. We’re seeking driven, high-energy individuals ready to join our team as full-time Door-to-Door Lead Generation Representatives. This is a base + commission, performance-driven role with uncapped earning potential—perfect for those who want their income to reflect their effort. This is a full-time Base + commission position. More details to consider: Monday-Friday 10-6pm, lead generation by knocking on average 100-150 doors a day to create appointments that our sales team can run, the first impression on all homeowners on who Moxie is and what we offer, Being comfortable outside on your feet for 5-6 hours a day no matter the weather conditions.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors in assigned residential areas
• Speak with homeowners about our services
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments
• Track daily activity and performance metrics
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Work full-time (minimum 40 hours per week)
• Lead generation by knocking on average 100-150 doors a day to create appointments that our sales team can run
• Be the first impression on all homeowners on who Moxie is and what we offer
