As a member of the Sales team, the Lead Development Representative (LDR) drives demand for an organization's products and solutions in a variety of ways. This includes further qualifying leads generated by marketing and scored through several platforms, managing and qualifying inbound leads from web properties, live chat conversations, and phone inquiries. The LDR will be responsible for engaging and following up with customers to create sales opportunities. Strong communication skills, persistence, persuasiveness, and nurturing are required to be successful in this position.
