Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing—preferably within technology or SaaS.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the confidence to engage senior professionals early in the sales process.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational habits.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work toward measurable targets.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems

Nice To Haves

  • experience with tools like Groove
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify and develop inbound leads from events, webinars, campaigns, and digital programs across North America to set quality meetings for the sales team.
  • Reach out to prospects through personalized calls, emails, and LinkedIn to build relationships and uncover business needs.
  • Use the PANT framework to evaluate opportunities and ensure smooth transitions to account executives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed goals for meetings booked and pipeline created through organized, thoughtful outreach.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and engagement details in Salesforce, providing visibility into activity and results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales partners to refine outreach strategies and continually improve conversion rates.
