Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field.
• 7 years of work experience as a Software Developer or similar position.
• Experience must include work with DevOps (CI/CD pipelines).
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, C++).
• Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, SpringBoot).
• Knowledge of database management (SQL or NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud computing (AWS or Azure).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design principles, RESTful services, JSON or XML data formats.
• Experience with development tools (Git, Docker, or Kubernetes).
• Up to 10% domestic travel required.

Responsibilities

• Designs processes and metrics for functional area.
• Works closely with architects to ensure proper system design.
• Ensures high quality implementations from design through QA to production.
• Assists multiple team members and other projects lead in the day-to-day activities related to project work.
• Performs forward thinking evaluation and research for new packages and releases.
• Anticipates hardware and software design needs.
• Reviews packages and products to determine viability as solutions and fit for other areas.
• Reviews technical design and specifications for business and functional requirements fit.
• Supervises team developing (coding), implementing and maintaining tools/applications.
• Ensures team members are trained and cross-trained in areas of expertise.
• Evaluates, researches and makes recommendations for upgrades, patches and new functionality.
• Ensures root cause analysis, metrics, and control processes and employed for defect resolution.
• Leads development activities for a business application.
• Assigns and plans resources for projects and RTS.
• Manages resource expenses and capitalized labor budget and actuals.
