As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you'll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Lead Data Engineering Developer, you'll play an integral role: using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our solutions for our customers.

  • Utilize Advanced SQL proficiency across platforms, especially PL/SQL and Oracle database administration, enabling complex data modeling, performance tuning, and scalable query design for enterprise-grade systems.
  • Design and deploy scalable data ecosystems on AWS and Databricks, leveraging tools like AWS Glue, Lambda, CDK, and Terraform to support high-volume, real-time and batch processing.
  • Deliver ML Ops pipelines and agentic AI solutions, including model deployment, monitoring, and optimization for business-critical use cases.
  • Build self-healing, event-driven ETL frameworks with embedded data quality checks, significantly improving reliability and reducing operational overhead.
  • CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions, ML Flow, and infrastructure-as-code tools to accelerate deployment cycles and ensure consistency across environments.
  • Implement IAM, encryption best practices, and compliance frameworks to ensure secure and governed data operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or similar.
  • Consulting experience, ideally in Financial Services.
  • Advanced SQL Expertise, especially PL/SQL.
  • Cloud-Native Data Architecture knowledge.
  • AI/ML Engineering & Optimization experience.
  • ETL Mastery & Data Quality Engineering.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring emerging AI tools.
  • Strong ability to align technical execution with business strategy, present to executive stakeholders on various topics and provide realistic estimates for delivery timelines to leadership.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work in the Orlando (Maitland) office 3 days/week.
