We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to drive and expand cloud-native AWS Kubernetes infrastructure and deployments, and lead a DevOps team responsible for Internal Developers infrastructure. The DevOps team uses infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Terragrunt, Crossplane, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD to provision and manage internal environments in AWS for Engineering teams and other internal customers. The Lead Engineer will oversee technology development and architecture to ensure that platforms, systems, and tools meet technical standards for security, quality, reliability, usability, scalability, performance, efficiency, and operability to support the needs of the MasterControl Engineering organization. To succeed in this role, you should work well with software and platform engineers to develop robust capabilities with minimal guidance. You are a fast learner, excited about new technologies, advocate for software craftsmanship, and take full ownership of projects. Strong written and communication skills and experience leading technical teams through large innovation initiatives are essential.
