About The Position

The Lead Desktop Support position is a key role responsible for overseeing IT support and service desk operations. This position requires a strong leader who can provide high-level L2 and L3 support to users both on-site and remotely, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

  • Experience leading IT support teams.
  • Strong knowledge of L2 and L3 Desktop and Helpdesk support services.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting software and computer peripherals.
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Ability to support Desktop and Laptop computers, printers, and other equipment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Office 365, and Skype for Business.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Windows Servers.
  • Experience with Cloud services, particularly AWS.
  • Application Support experience.

Responsibilities
