About The Position
As a Lead Designer in the civil engineering discipline, you will leverage your expertise in civil engineering and construction to manage projects from concept through completion. This role involves developing construction documents, performing hydrology calculations, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes. You will collaborate with various project partners and mentor entry-level staff while overseeing project delivery and administration.
