Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of DevOps experience.
• Expert-level Linux system administration skills.
• Strong scripting and automation skills, particularly in Python and Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian suite administration.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with CI/CD principles.
• Experience with virtual environments and Linux networking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work globally.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate emerging DevOps tools and technologies.
• Manage R&D tools budget for software and network engineering.
• Define and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Drive process improvements and automation for developer workflows.
• Administer enterprise DevOps toolchain including various tools.
• Maintain system security and perform version upgrades.
• Design and deploy automated OS installation systems.
• Monitor system performance and optimize resource allocation.
• Provide tier 2/3 support for developer tooling requests.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with development teams.
