About The Position
Assure Dental Family Care & Braces offers General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Orthodontics, Periodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery and Pedodontics. We see approximately 60% PPO, 35% HMO, and 5% cash paying patients. We currently operate 8 dental facilities across greater Los Angeles county, North Orange County, and the San Bernardino County. We are a company in growth and we are looking for a qualified General Dentist in our North Hollywood location. We have over 45 years of collective management experience. While our offices are very busy, we do not operate like a clinic. We desire to attract and retain quality-oriented staff that have excellent work ethic and communication skills. We pride ourselves on being ethical, consistent and dedicated. We offer very competitive compensation programs!!!
Requirements
- General Dentist with 3+ years experience
- Valid license in the State of California
- Graduate from an accredited dental program
- Able to function well while working on multiple patients
- Extremely ambitious and hungry for success
Responsibilities
- Exceed patients expectations in Quality of Care and Service Excellence
- Ensuring patients receive comprehensive clinical diagnosis (including specialty referral)
- Highest level of Clinical Case Acceptance
- Work with benefit Coordinators to gain full Case Acceptance
- Perform all facets of general dentistry including Endo, Hygiene and child's first visit
- Affinity towards cosmetic and optimal dentistry
- Maintain patient medical records and clinical notes
