Requirements
- Certification from an accredited Dental Assistant program.
- X-Ray license required.
- 2+ years of dental assisting experience, with leadership or lead experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and support others.
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and patient management software.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of procedures.
- Train, mentor, and support other dental assistants to foster growth and consistency.
- Oversee supply ordering and inventory management.
- Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment.
- Support scheduling, patient flow, and efficient daily operations.
- Deliver excellent patient care and ensure every patient feels comfortable and supported.
