About The Position

We looking for a permanent, experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant in our Flower Mound office. The right candidate will exude professionalism, enthusiasm, and extraordinary chairside skills, and be detail-oriented and compassionate. A minimum of two years of dental assisting is required. Front office and Open Dental experience preferred. Vacation time, benefits, and bonus potential available!

• Registered Dental Assistant (Preferred)
• X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
• Dental Assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside in four-handed dentistry
• Sterilize instruments and operatories, ensure the cleanliness of ops and office
• Take impressions and fabricate provisional restorations
• Document lab procedures and track incoming and outgoing lab cases
• Maintain accurate patient charts
• Ordering
• Other lead duties as assigned
