Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed. Sterilize instruments according to regulations. Assist the Oral Surgeon through 4-handed dentistry. Undertake lab tasks as instructed. Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a dental assistant in a specialty such as Oral Surgery or Periodontics.
  • IV Certified
  • DAANCE Certified
  • ACLS Certified
  • Experience with inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
  • Regulatory Understanding: Understanding of health & safety regulations.
  • Computer Skills: Good computer skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
  • Reliability: Well-organized and reliable.
  • Certification: X-ray certified.
