About The Position
Our Lead Dental Assistant will support the dentist during procedures, assist in managing the dental assistant team, ensure clinical compliance, and maintain a smooth workflow throughout the clinic. Schedule: Monday through Thursday (7am to 5pm)
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a dental assistant (including Implants, Crowns, CS, Filings, RCT) required
- Dental Assistant and X-Ray certification required
Nice To Haves
- Previous lead experience is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and train our team of dental assistants
- Ensure smooth clinical operations and patient flow
- Assist dentists during a variety of procedures (including Implants, Crowns, OS, Fillings, RCT)
- Sterilize instruments exam rooms
- Manage inventory and supply ordering
