About The Position

Dental Assistants are a very key and integral part to dental healthcare operations and success. If you are someone who values the skills you have obtained as a certified and licensed Dental Assistant, then we would love to welcome you into our dental healthcare family. We are currently hiring an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team! You will provide strong leadership and reliable dental assisting expertise to support our Dentists, Office Manager and DA staff. Must be DANB Certified with at least 3 years of experience.
Requirements
- State Board issued Dental Assistant or Radiology Certified license
- Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification
- Minimum 3 years dental experience
- leadership experience
- Full time availability M-F and rotating Saturdays
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual -Spanish (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
- Operate oral radiology equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
- Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
- Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
- Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
- Ensure quality service is always provided.
