About The Position

We are seeking a Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will actively contribute to the global demand marketing strategy, supporting execution of integrated marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, accelerate pipeline, and drive awareness of EDB Postgres AI’s solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with campaign managers, content marketing, product marketing, sales development, and operations to support multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to learn demand generation best practices, gain hands-on experience with modern MarTech tools, and grow into a core contributor to EDB’s pipeline success.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Computers, or related fields is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in demand generation, digital marketing, or content marketing. Lead generation experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tactics (email campaigns, webinars, paid ads, content syndication). Demonstrate a track record of driving growth in demand and pipeline.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a curiosity to dig into campaign performance data.
  • Excellent project management, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, positive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the global Demand Generation strategy including demand creation, lead flow, content creation, and data analytics.
  • Assist in planning, building, and executing integrated demand generation programs in both internal channels and vendor partner channels (email, digital ads, content syndication, webinars, and social).
  • Execute promotion of EDB assets (eBooks, webinars, case studies, whitepapers) across paid channels.
  • Support list import, segmentation, lead nurturing workflows, and campaign follow-up processes in partnership with marketing operations and SDR teams as needed.
  • Utilize tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads to develop effective campaigns.
  • Track key campaign metrics (leads generated, conversion rates, pipeline contribution) to provide insights to optimize performance.
  • Use data, customer, and competitive insights, and industry best practices to identify opportunities to create personalized demand campaigns and plays.
  • Collaborate with multiple sales teams’ disciplines across the globe to understand specific customer personas and build effective sales plays.
  • Collaborate with sales development teams to ensure smooth handoff of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), agreed SLAs and provide visibility into campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Field marketing, Relationship marketing, and engineering to create and execute on customized campaign plans for key market segments.
