About The Position
The Lead Daycare Caregiver is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum for the classroom, ensuring that daily lessons and activities meet the cognitive, emotional, physical, and social needs of the children. This role involves close collaboration with aides and volunteers, maintaining communication with parents, and keeping accurate records of each child's progress. The Lead Caregiver must also uphold confidentiality and report any suspected child abuse, while ensuring their credentials are current and participating in required professional development activities.
