About The Position

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our new Data Solutions team. This is a pivotal opportunity to help build and scale Trustpilot's data solutions business from the ground up. You'll act as the technical backbone of the commercial team, providing the analysis, insight, and hands-on support that moves deals forward. The role calls for someone who is proactive, analytical, and technically fluent, with the drive to work independently while also aligning and coordinating stakeholders. As the bridge between our clients' technical requirements and our data capabilities, you'll solve complex challenges, and play a key role in shaping our 0-1 journey.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a client-facing technical role such as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience with DDQs or similar complex technical questionnaires is highly desirable.
• Proficient in SQL and data wrangling with working knowledge of APIs and data integration tools.
• Knowledge of Python or R is highly desirable.
• Experience with Thinkcell to build data-powered presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise language.
• Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who can independently manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Run Data Trials: Manage and execute client data trials, creating custom back-testing data sets and sample reports to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Act as a Technical Advisor: Serve as the go-to expert for our data products and platforms, articulating our value proposition to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate Onboarding: Responsible for the technical onboarding of new clients, guiding them through API documentation, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring a seamless transition.
• Own the DDQ Process: Lead the completion of complex Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) by collaborating closely with Legal, Security, and Engineering teams.
