  • Set the strategic direction for data science projects in alignment with business goals
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, innovation and continuous learning
  • Mentor a dynamic team of data scientists
  • Design, map out, and implement ML solutions to business problems
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and complex problem-solving using structured and unstructured data
  • Monitor model performance and ensure scalable, reliable solutions
  • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, finance and executive teams to define data needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, business-focused insights and recommendations
  • Present results to senior stakeholders and influence data-driven decisions
  • Provide guidance on data science best practices
  • Engage with business partners to hash out project needs
  • Advise on emerging areas of technology and AI
  • Contribute to the architecture of data pipelines and MLOps practices for robust deployment
  • Masters / PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or other quantitative field
  • At least 5-7 years experience working in data science, machine learning or AI with demonstrated exceptional performance and career progression
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to understand business goals and communicate solutions that meet the business objectives
  • Production-quality OoP (Python, C++, etc), proficiency in relevant frameworks (scikit learn, TensorFlow, etc)
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (Google Cloud, Azure, and AWS)
  • Hands-on experience building ML solutions from inception to launch
  • Strong understanding of statistics, machine learning, and optimization techniques
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • A passion for broadening your technical skills and diving into unknown problems
