In this role you will take ownership for scaling data science initiatives
focused on behavior analytics to empower our associates and provide a
personalized service experience to our clients. Your impact will grow as you
bring these solutions to life across multiple businesses. This role will also be
responsible to support a variety of analytics projects leveraging your skills
in GenAI, Python and Tableau.

No two days are the same. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders
to identify, design, develop and implement embedded analytics solutions. You’ll
lead the design and implementation of data-driven solutions to address business
problems. Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve business
processes and outcomes. Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and
concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay current
with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science
and machine learning.

To thrive in this role, you will be enthusiastic about the potential of advanced
analytics and have direct experience and/or training. You will thrive working
through technical issues with data other scientists and engineers to solve
critical problems. You will have broad responsibility for all aspects of program
success including troubleshooting issues, testing, quality control and
overcoming production roadblocks. While you will have support across our
Analytics team, you will be ultimately responsible for delivering successful end
results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant coursework or a related field with 5+ years of experience in data science, or master’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in data science.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Proven success leveraging Gen AI in a work setting.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis in centralized cloud-based data repositories.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate into data science requirements, techniques, and solutions.
• Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Databricks and AWS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Analytics.You have experience working closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and define analytic requirements. You have experience extracting and analyzing data (using Python) and can communicate insights back to the business through both presentations and visualizations (Tableau).
• Generative AI. You have experience in prompt development and data engineering to take advantage of genAI in your work, you were an early adopter and consistently bring these ideas to your work.
