Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience must include: Agile methodologies; Applying data science techniques on large scale data sets; Machine learning to solve clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection problem statements; Optimization or simulation techniques to solve prescriptive problems; Derive new insights by merging and transforming internal and external data sets in business contexts; Cloud database technologies (such as AWS); Developing solutions on cloud computing services and infrastructure in the data and analytics space; Python or R; SQL; Full software development life cycle (SDLC) including develop/test/build/deploy/etc.; Version Control including Github, BitBucket; Statistical modeling; Working with AI models; Databricks & ISQL; and Data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) for Data analysis, reporting, & dashboarding.

  • Responsible to acquire, clean, and analyze large data sets and perform exploratory analysis to understand data and if it meets project requirements.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, and implement advanced data analytics projects using Machine Learning (ML) techniques and models developed in-house.
  • Collect, interpret, predict, and provide necessary metrics for critical business decisions.
  • Perform quantitative analytics on ADP Marketplace Ecommerce data.
  • Formulate analytical problems by extracting and analyzing data from multiple ADP systems, summarizing critical findings/insights, and developing a compelling visual representation of analyses with actionable recommendations.
  • Perform research and identify required data sources, data sampling, and data analysis.
  • Ingest data from ADP systems into ADP Marketplace Database Warehouse.
  • Create statistical models based on the requirements and available data and educate other technical leads on integrating and implementing the new models.
  • Collaborate with other data scientists, data architects, engineers, and analysts to create required databases and tables and participate in data ingestion, security maintenance, data manipulation, and backup.
  • Focus on the data transfer automation process across all systems, while developing, maintaining, and sharing APIs with teams to drive higher revenue.
  • Create series of outputs/plots that build upon each other to guide problem solving with business teams.
  • Suggest outputs across all workstreams.
  • Write production code optimized for efficiency and memory.
  • Conduct code reviews with junior colleagues.
