About The Position
The Lead Data Scientist at Climate LLC will spearhead data research projects and develop agronomic customer behavior models aimed at enhancing business outcomes. This role involves executing project briefs, prioritizing agronomic projects, and overseeing a team to implement research improvements through statistical and modeling techniques. The Lead Data Scientist will also be responsible for communicating modeling results to stakeholders and mentoring junior data scientists.
