Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). You will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective retention-driving strategies and optimizing customer success operations processes. You will work closely with the customer success leadership team to articulate value-delivery, improve CSM productivity, and enhance overall CSM performance. You will also help build the Data Science and Machine Learning Platform and Architecture, to support the Data Scientists to explore, evaluate, and mine new data sets for important information and insights into the execution and performance of our product and product engineering teams against company goals.
