Requirements

• Proven experience delivering data science and machine learning solutions from concept to production, including model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn) and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, MLOps, and generative AI techniques (e.g., transformers, BERT, GPT).
• Experience with data engineering, building scalable pipelines for batch and streaming data (Spark, Hadoop), and working with SQL/relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment and AI workflows.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
• Strong skills in data visualization, storytelling, and communicating complex analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience, guiding teams and fostering technical growth.
• Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and evolving business needs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions that solve critical business challenges.
• Translate complex business and stakeholder requirements into technical AI/Gen AI solutions and present findings effectively.
• Identify, integrate, clean, and transform large datasets to ensure readiness for AI applications.
• Oversee the development of advanced models such as recommendation engines, intelligent agents, and prototypes using machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques.
• Mentor and coach junior data scientists and engineers, providing guidance on model development, best practices, and technical growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations, post-implementation reviews, and optimize deployed models for reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure AI solutions meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
