About The Position

We are currently looking for a Lead Data Scientist in the United States. In this role, you will lead the design and development of advanced AI systems that deliver measurable impact across enterprise operations. You will guide the creation of safe, interpretable, and scalable AI solutions, including agentic AI and generative models, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed AI into business workflows. This position offers the opportunity to shape AI strategy, oversee production-level model deployment, and ensure responsible AI practices are followed. You will have a direct influence on high-stakes decision-making processes and contribute to initiatives that improve outcomes for millions of users. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research, engineering, or applied research roles with production-ready AI solutions.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in AI/ML system development.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis/data mining tools.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale ML systems, language models (transformers), and reinforcement learning.
  • Expertise in agentic AI system design and enterprise integration.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps collaboration for deployment and maintenance of models.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level AI and machine learning models.
  • Develop responsible generative AI and agentic AI systems that adhere to ethical standards and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, and policy teams to integrate AI solutions into workflows and decision-making processes.
  • Guide MLOps and DevOps teams in implementing best practices for model monitoring, reliability, and scalability.
  • Mentor data scientists and oversee technical strategy, ensuring reproducible, interpretable, and high-performance AI solutions.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and models to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
