  • Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems.
  • Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Methods, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Methods, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.
  • Programming languages including Python, R, and SAS.
  • Data structure and visualization using Tableau.
  • Data reporting and modeling using advanced SQL.
  • Working with on premise or cloud-based data tools including Teradata, Snowflake, and Jupyter Notebook.
  • Building reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Power Pivot, and MS Excel.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivots, charts, VLOOKUPs, intricate formulas, conditional formatting, data tables, and PowerPivot.
  • Automating data ETL processes using Github or Airflow.
  • Using statistical hypothesis testing to conduct A/B experiments for marketing campaigns.
