The Lead Data Analyst will work in partnership with the Superintendent to accurately capture information reflective of all WCPA schools and manage the data analyst team. This role involves managing school data systems for reporting, analysis, and visualization, establishing protocols and managing systems for data uploads, verification, collection, user access, and inter-system sharing/exporting. The Lead Data Analyst will ensure that organization-wide data management aligns with legal and regulatory guidelines and lead training and develop protocols for organizational data practices and system management. The position also includes managing current data and assessment systems, producing performance reports, and serving as the lead administrator for school data reporting and analytics systems.
