Lead Data Engineer - Reltio (Remote)
About The Position
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Reltio MDM Data Engineer - REMOTE. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Reltio Master Data Management solutions that align with both business and technical requirements. You will play a crucial role in configuring Reltio Business Models, and data quality processes while collaborating with various stakeholders. Your expertise will guide the development of scalable MDM architectures and ensure successful project delivery across teams. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects and support critical data initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong expertise with the Reltio platform, including Business Model and Match & Merge configuration
- Solid understanding of Master Data Management concepts, data governance, and data quality
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (RDBMS)
- Experience with ETL tools and Big Data ecosystem technologies
- Knowledge of metadata management and data integration best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in data/information management technologies such as MDM, SQL, RDBMS, metadata, and data quality
- Prior hands-on experience designing and implementing complex Reltio MDM solutions
- Experience with Informatica On-Prem MDM and its underlying data model is preferred
- Life sciences industry experience is preferred
- Reltio Certified Associate is preferred; certification in other MDM tools is a plus

Responsibilities
- Design and implement Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
- Configure Reltio Business Models, Match & Merge rules, survivorship, and data quality processes
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable MDM architectures
- Develop application design artifacts including data models, data flow diagrams, and system architecture documentation
- Perform data analysis, profiling, and validation to support master data initiatives
- Collaborate with business SMEs, data stewards, architects, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Participate in business and technical discussions with internal stakeholders and customers
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SDLC standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within the Reltio platform
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of MDM components
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members
- Support legacy Informatica On-Prem MDM platforms and related business processes as needed
