The annual base salary for this position ranges from $126,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $258,400.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 10+ years of technology related experience required.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Spark, Python.
  • Hands-on experience of working with Databricks, AWS, Snowflake.
  • Hands-on experience of working with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker etc.
  • Demonstrated strength in data modeling, ETL development, and data streaming.
  • Experience with implementing CI/CD and leading teams with DevOps responsibilities of deploying and supporting the software in production.
  • Retail/Direct to consumer domain understanding is a plus.
  • Knowledge of leveraging Agentic AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and build of large-scale BI solutions.
  • Contribute ideas for new features and identify technical areas for improvement proactively.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream technical teams to develop integrations to provide a seamless flow of our data to business.
  • Provide technical leadership and best engineering practices to continuously deliver working software by mentoring other developers.
  • Write clean, tested, and well-documented code, and lead the peer code review process.
  • Explore new technology advancements like Agentic AI and incorporate them into the BI solutions to create value for Nike.
